Great News

James got his test results today and he does not have any bacterial infections! Most likely his fever was caused by a virus that he picked up somewhere along the way. We are being released from the hospital today and are really looking forward to spending our first Halloween at home!

Thanks to everyone who sent good thoughts, called, and emailed, it was wonderful to have so much support.

And a special thanks to everyone at Eagle Hill who covered Sandy's workload so he could be with James and I while we were in the hospital - and - supplied the whole family (including Pierre!) with amazing dinners, desserts, snacks and treats. It was so thoughtful and kind, and so appreciated! Its nice to be part of such a caring and supportive group of people.
